Робоча зустріч * Work meeting

13 лютого 2025 року представники громадської організації “Асоціація професійної орієнтації та освітнього консультування” провели робочу онлайн зустріч з фахівцями центрів Europass та Euroguidance в Україні спільно із членами Національного агентства кваліфікацій.

Під час зустрічі сторони обговорили напрями діяльності, поділилися досвідом та визначили можливості для подальшої співпраці. Особливу увагу приділили питанням професійної орієнтації, розвитку кар’єрного консультування та сприянню міжнародній мобільності українських фахівців.

За підсумками зустрічі домовилися про реалізацію спільних ініціатив, спрямованих на покращення доступу громадян до якісних освітніх і кар’єрних можливостей.

Зокрема, актуальним є питання розробки професійних стандартів і використання міжнародного досвіду, зокрема, Competency Framework and Assessment tools for Career Professionals від Finnish Institute for Educational Research (University of Jyväskylä)

On February 13, 2025, representatives of the public organization "Ukrainian Association of Career Guidance and Educational Advising (UACGEA)" held a working online meeting with specialists of the Europass and Euroguidance centers in Ukraine together with members of the National Qualifications Agency.

During the meeting, the parties discussed areas of activity, shared experience and identified opportunities for further cooperation. Special attention was paid to issues of professional orientation, development of career counseling and promotion of international mobility of Ukrainian specialists.

As a result of the meeting, they agreed to implement joint initiatives aimed at improving citizens' access to quality educational and career opportunities.

In particular, the issue of developing professional standards and using international experience is relevant, in particular, the Competency Framework and Assessment tools for Career Professionals from the Finnish Institute for Educational Research (University of Jyväskylä).
