20 червня 2024 року представники Національного агентства кваліфікацій https://www.facebook.com/nakgovua (Юрій Рашкевич, Василь Федюк, Наталія Степанкова) провели робочу зустріч з представниками громадської організації “Асоціація професійної орієнтації та освітнього консультування” (Юрій Богачков, Віктор Милашенко).
Мета — окреслення розривів між змістом освіти та вимогами ринку праці та пошук шляхів їх усунення в процесі підготовки та сертифікації фахівців.
Ціль зустрічі — обговорення можливості використання мікрокваліфікацій для реалізації завдань освітньо-професійного супроводження (guidance) і сертифікацій у сфері вищої освіти.
Перший блок питань. Обговорили доцільність застосування мікроваліфікацій для функціонування профорієнтації та кар'єрного супроводження (career guidance), а також важливість мікроваліфікацій як частина змісту професійного стандарту кар’єрних консультантів.
Другий блок питань. У сфері вищої освіти пропонується застосовувати мікрокваліфікації для удосконалення механізму створення освітніх програм.
Розглянули питання оцінювання результатів навчання, зокрема, впровадження Єдиного державного кваліфікаційного іспиту та співставність його результатів з іншими системами сертифікації (зокрема, у сфері ІТ).
Вирішили, що на прикладі спеціальності 125 “Кібербезпека та захист інформації” дослідити весь комплекс питань від професійних стандартів до присвоєння освітніх кваліфікацій з широким залученням зацікавлених сторін в рамках окремого Проекту. Підготовче засідання робочої групи заплановано на липень.

Micro-qualifications: moving together
On June 20, 2024, representatives of the National Qualifications Agency https://www.facebook.com/nakgovua (Yurii Rashkevich, Vasyl Fedyuk, Natalia Stepankova) held a working meeting with representatives of the public organization "Association of Professional Orientation and Educational Consulting" (Yuriy Bogachkov, Viktor Mylashenko ).
The goal is to outline the gaps between the content of education and the requirements of the labor market and to find ways to eliminate them in the process of training and certification of specialists.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the possibility of using micro-qualifications to implement the tasks of educational and professional support (guidance) and certifications in the field of higher education.
The first block of questions. They discussed the expediency of using micro-qualifications for the functioning of career guidance and career guidance, as well as the importance of micro-qualifications as part of the content of the professional standard of career consultants.
The second block of questions. In the field of higher education, it is proposed to apply micro-qualifications to improve the mechanism of creating educational programs.
We considered the issue of evaluation of training results, in particular, the introduction of the Unified state qualification exam and the comparability of its results with other certification systems (in particular, in the field of IT).
It was decided that on the example of specialty 125 "Cybersecurity and information protection" to investigate the entire complex of issues from professional standards to the assignment of educational qualifications with the broad involvement of interested parties within the framework of a separate Project. A preparatory meeting of the working group is scheduled for July.
